The Ravece<\/strong> is an olive tree belonging to the cultivar varieties of the province of Avellino and more specifically Irpinia. Also known as Curatona<\/em> or Olivona<\/em>, its origins in the Irpinian territory date back to the early 1500s and, theextra virgin oil<\/strong> obtained from the milling of its olives, has always been rated among the best EVO oils in the world<\/strong> for its exceptional organoleptic characteristics that make it one of the prized products of the oil sector and most sought after by lovers of good food and healthy cooking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The yield of Ravece oil is not <\/strong>as abundant <\/strong>as that derived from other olives (15-16%), and this is another factor that contributes to the value and quality of this fantastic EVO oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
