Then all that remains is to wash and dry them carefully. <\/p>\n\n<p>We cover everything with &#8216;vinegar and let them marinate for at least 4 hours.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the two hours have passed they will be cooked so at this point we gently drain the anchovies from the vinegar,WITHOUT, however, rinsing them and lay them on a plate.<\/p>\n\n<p>All that remains is to season the anchovies with the inside facing up .<\/p>\n\n<p>We will thus continue a layer of anchovies in an oven dish, then cover with a pinch of salt , chopped garlic and chili pepper Cover the anchovies with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil then repeat with a layer of anchovies, pinch of salt, garlic, and chili pepper and drizzle of oil as above until the anchovies are completed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Finishing the preparation of the marinated anchovies by coating them with oil I or used <strong>Contedoro<\/strong> chili pepper flavoring , we lay them in the refrigerator at least seven or eight hours just long enough for them to take on flavor.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Enjoy your meal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe \u201cMarinated Anchovies &#8211; Neapolitan Recipe\u201d The gastronomic tradition of Campania embraces both land and sea dishes among the preparations that deserve a place of honor we cannot forget the Neapolitan recipe for marinated anchovies.
