Sift in the Flour and stir the mixture from the bottom up. Once the mixture is placed in the hinge, bake at 180\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Then, fill with the Red Fig and Almond Compote lightened with freshly whipped cream. For the Ganache, melt the Dark Chocolate in a bain-marie (at 90\u00b0) and finally add the Chili Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mix with a whisk.
