While saut\u00e9ing, over high heat, add two\/three tablespoons of Parmesan cheese to pull up a sauce. Let us, then, rest the saut\u00e9 pan with the mushrooms and in the meantime cook the pappardelle in salted water.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">When they are al dente, we hunt them and saut\u00e9 them in a pan with the <strong>Porcini Mushrooms<\/strong>, garlic and rosemary.
