Description
The millefiori honey is certainly the most widespread and also the most loved; thanks to its delicacy, it is perfect to be enjoyed on its own or to enrich all your recipes.
There are two types of millefiori honey: the one with a lighter color, almost transparent, which is typical of hilly and flat areas and is characterized by a much more delicate flavor, and the more amber-colored one with a stronger taste that predominates in mountainous areas, whose color vaguely resembles that of the resin from the tall pine trees typical of the Apennines and the Alps.
Honey, and millefiori in particular, is a true superfood thanks to its countless beneficial properties. Ours is produced using artisanal methods without added preservatives, colorants, or sugars that could alter its organoleptic properties.
