Ceramic Orcio – Spiga is a package designed to store extra virgin olive oil and enhance it even at the table.
Made of ceramic, it protects the content from light and preserves its quality over time. The ear of wheat decoration evokes the world of the earth, the harvest, and peasant tradition, with a simple yet meaningful design.
It is not just a simple bottle: it is an object to keep in the kitchen or on the table, capable of combining functionality, elegance, and Mediterranean identity.
Once the oil is finished, the orcio can be kept and reused, becoming a small decorative element that continues to tell the story of our land.

ORO is born from the blend of selected varieties of Irpinian olives, carefully chosen to obtain an extra virgin oil with a balanced, versatile and pleasantly harmonious profile.
The olives are harvested at the right moment of ripeness and processed quickly in our mill, so as to preserve their freshness, aromas and natural characteristics.
Extraction takes place exclusively through cold mechanical processes, a technique that allows us to best enhance the quality of the raw material and keep the oil’s properties intact.
Every phase of processing is oriented to preserve:
• the balance between aromas and flavors
• the natural delicacy of the fruitiness
• the richness of antioxidant substances naturally present in the olives
The result is an extra virgin oil with a smooth and balanced profile, characterized by a delicate fruitiness and elegant hints of apple, almond and artichoke, accompanied by a pleasant taste harmony.
Behind every bottle is a simple philosophy:
to offer an authentic oil, capable of accompanying the whole family’s cooking every day.
It’s not just an extra virgin oil.
It’s the expression of a tradition that for generations has brought balance, authenticity and quality to the table.
A great classic of Campanian cuisine that finds in ORO the ideal companion to accompany the long cooking times and enhance every nuance of the dish.
500 g broken ziti
600 g copper onions
400 g beef
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 glass white wine
Salt to taste
ORO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large pot, slowly sauté the onions together with celery and carrot with abundant ORO.
Add the meat and let it brown gently. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
Continue cooking over low heat for several hours, stirring occasionally, until you obtain the characteristic rich and creamy sauce of Genovese.
Cook the pasta, dress it with the sauce and finish with a drizzle of GOLD raw before serving.
The balanced and harmonious profile of ORO perfectly accompanies the sweetness of the onions and the richness of the long cooking, without overpowering the flavors of the dish.
Its delicate notes of apple, almond and artichoke integrate naturally into the preparation, contributing to create a smooth, enveloping and pleasant result on the palate.
