Sun-dried tomatoes are one of the culinary delicacies of Southern Italy, where they are prepared in various ways according to regional tradition.
Here in Irpinia, on our pristine hills, tomatoes grow in a healthy and balanced environment. They are harvested at their peak ripeness and processed according to the oldest traditions of our farming heritage, which involves slow, natural sun drying without the use of industrial processes.
This is what gives them their very unique flavor, so loved and appreciated in the kitchen.
