Lovers of typical flavors and the Mediterranean diet
like me, prefer to eat well, with genuine and quality products.
In my small way I always try to use good products,
buying quality and not quantity.
Today I am very pleased to tell you about an Italian excellence,
of my region, exactly ARIANO IRPINO
and the excellent oil produced here[…]

Impossible to resist and, armed with frying pans and casseroles,
I prepared a light recipe with fresh flavors:
half wolf’s eyes
with cherry tomatoes, gaeta olives, mackerel, a sprinkling
of parsley and a drizzle of raw LoCoil oil, with an aroma
herbaceous with hints of green tomato:
unique dish that,
of course, demanded excellent oil[…]
