The Unfiltered Raw EVO Oil line is one of our most sought-after collections and one of our favorites. It has passed the painstaking rigmarole of testing by our agronomists and has proven to be a healthier EVO Oil than ever before. This line features our original EVO oil, sourced only from olive groves in Italy, lovingly tended for generations.

The olives are harvested at their peak and pressed immediately to ensure that the quality of the product is truly above standard. The result: a raw olive oil with a fruity taste and subtle smoothness that makes it perfect on salads and bread, or as a dressing ingredient.

Its cloudy yellow color is a characteristic of unfiltered oil and guarantees an authentic, intense flavor. A true squeeze of genuine olives!

The Olio Grezzo line was born out of a desire to allow our customers to have a 360° experience, as if they were physically in the olive mill. Our dream is to allow our customers to be able to feel those scents, sounds and flavors that only the olive mill can give.

That’s where the idea of creating this new line of Raw Oil, created especially for you, came from.

Also included with the bottle is a natural cork dispensing cork that serves a dual function:

1. Avoid spilling more oil than you should on your food
2. Being able to refill the oil in the bottle using the 5-liter can format
