Flavored Oil

Contedoro, for the most refined palates, offers Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Eight flavors, all of course made from excellent quality raw materials, carefully selected to ensure an extremely mouthwatering touch to your dishes.

Citrus oils are produced by directly crushing the fruits together with local olive drupes, resulting in fresh, fragrant oils already at the production stage.

Other flavorings, on the other hand, are obtained through the infusion technique, that is, by soaking spices or herbs (carefully dried beforehand and made safe) in Olive Oil and letting them sit until the desired intensity of aroma and fragrance is achieved.
