Third Party Oil Bottling

Oil bottling

Oil Bottling

Oil bottling is one of the most important final stages of processing. An operation performed with care in total respect of the product, in order to obtain a quality oil packaged in the most accurate way possible. Before reaching the final stage, the product is stored in special silos and then decanted using natural techniques. Next, the percentage of acidity and the quality of extra virgin olive oil is analyzed. Careful analysis precedes, then the bottling stage, which is taken care of down to the smallest detail.

The Contedoro company offers its customers the possibility of bottling oil for third parties. An optimal solution for small or large companies that want to have a quality product with its own label. Alternatively, it is possible to send your own oil to our company, which will package it and apply the labeling desired by the customer.

The making and printing of labels is done exclusively by our best workers who apply the customer’s logo directly onto the package.

Oil bottling process

Bottling

The bottles, before being filled, are subjected to cycles of compressed air, capable of eliminating bacteria and foreign bodies, which can damage the oil. Then, the processed product is inserted into the appropriate containers through an automated system that controls the exact amount of oil to be inserted.

Corking

One of the most important steps in oil bottling is that of corking. A cap is applied to each individual bottle through an automated system that allows the container to be closed properly, so that the oil is not damaged.

Capping
Labeling

Labeling

The last process of contract bottling is labeling, which is done through technological systems that seal the bottle and apply the customer’s label to the front of the package. In the end there is a bottle cleaning step, so that the label adheres completely and ensures high-quality bottling.
