Third-Party Oil Bottling

Oil Bottling

Oil bottling is one of the most important final stages of processing. It is an operation carried out with care and total respect for the product, in order to obtain a quality oil packaged as accurately as possible. Before reaching the final stage, the product is stored in special silos and subsequently decanted using natural techniques. Next, the acidity percentage and the extra virgin olive oil quality are analyzed. A careful analysis therefore precedes the bottling phase, which is handled down to the smallest detail.

The Contedoro company offers its customers the possibility of bottling oil for third parties. This is an ideal solution for small or large businesses that want a quality product with their own label. Alternatively, you can send your own oil to our company, and we will take care of packaging it and applying the customer’s desired labeling.

The creation and printing of labels is carried out exclusively by our best staff, who apply the customer’s logo directly onto the packaging.

How does the extra virgin olive oil bottling process work?

This is one of the most important final stages of processing.

Let’s analyze the stages that make up the oil bottling process together.

Bottling

Before being filled, the bottles are subjected to compressed air cycles capable of eliminating bacteria and foreign bodies that could damage the oil. Subsequently, the processed product is placed into the appropriate containers through an automated system that controls the exact amount of oil to be inserted.

Capping

One of the most important steps in oil bottling is capping. A cap is applied to each individual bottle via an automated system that ensures the container is correctly sealed, preventing damage to the oil.

Labeling

The final process of third-party bottling is labeling, which is carried out using technological systems that seal the bottle and apply the customer’s label to the front of the packaging. Finally, there is a bottle cleaning phase to ensure the label adheres completely and to guarantee high-quality bottling.
