Preparing Pizza with Bufala Campana DOP and EVO Olive Oil

Pizza is the most beloved dish in Italy and known all over the world. In this mini video we see how to prepare a DOP Pizza with fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella from Campania and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The dough is rolled out and filled with the ingredients mentioned above. Eranthe was used in this recipe, a new oil strictly extra virgin with slightly fruity aftertastes.
