Terms and Conditions

Art. 1 – Scope of application
These conditions apply to all supplies of goods and/or services made, for whatever reason, by Contedoro s.r.l. to private individuals, freelancers or companies (hereafter simply the Client).
Particular conditions of purchase, waivers and/or modifications of the same will be considered valid only if specifically agreed in writing between Contedoro s.r.l. and the Customer.

Art. 2 – Prices
The prices displayed on the contedoro.com website are in € (Euro), including VAT.

Art. 3 – Invoices
The invoice (or sales receipt) will be issued on the same day that the shipment is made and will be delivered to the customer either together with it or sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer. (The invoice must be requested by e-mail before the order is processed; otherwise a regular receipt will be issued).

Article 4 – Payments
Online purchasing offers a choice of the following payment methods:

– Bank Transfer

– Marking

– PayPal

– Credit card (even if you do not have a Paypal account)

– On-site payment (for on-site pickup method)

Art. 5 – Shipping
Orders will be dispatched on average within 24h except in case of unforeseen circumstances, 48h.
The transport will be carried out by express courier.
The Customer who wishes to use his own courier must absolutely communicate it at the time of the order. This possibility is not provided in the case of cash on delivery payments.

Prices are inclusive of vat
However, the price of the shipping charge will be summarized on the page called “Shopping Cart” that will appear in the steps for the order fulfillment procedure.

Art. 6 – Claims and Returns
Claims for damages detected on the packages must be contested to the courier upon receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and carriage paid with attached transport documents.

The contractual relationship with Contedoro s.r.l. is strictly linked to the acceptance of the Information and Consent on the processing of personal data, pursuant to Art. 10 Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree 196 of 30/6/2003.
The Consent to the use of the Customer’s data in the context and for applications related to the purchase of products must be read and accepted before purchase. In case they are not accepted, the purchase procedure will not be able to continue.

The Customer declares that he/she expressly approves the following articles that are part of Contedoro s.r.l.‘s conditions of sale (Art. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
