Journey to discover the secrets of oil and territories.

A new format entitled “The Lands of Oil,” a program curated by chef Alfredo Iannaccone, is kicking off. Oleificio Lo Conte will be the protagonist in this new experience: we will discover together the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Ufita Valley, all its curiosities, quality controls and the best accompaniments with fantastic recipes.

There will be six episodes that will be posted on the Zen Food Lab YouTube channel.

A new recipe from the new format “The Lands of Oil,” every Wednesday, starting Sept. 28 from 9 a.m., starring Extra Virgin Olive Oil Ravece Locoil.
