Specialized Team

Our team is made up of agronomists and expert tasters. We package only the best of our extra virgin olive oil. Any small production imperfection is identified and removed from the batch. This is a very important step.

Our Extra Virgin oil is recognized and awarded every year in national and international competitions. Here are some: Slow Food, AIPO Silver, L’Oro d’Italia, Armonia and Extra Campania. In the latter, we ranked 1st place in Campania for the categories Intense Fruity, Medium Fruity and PDO Oil.

New Oil, Always Fresh

At Contedoro we manage to guarantee new oil all year round, not only during the harvesting campaign. How do we do it? Thanks to an innovative oil preservation technique using nitrogen, a completely natural element already present in the atmosphere. This process, combined with strict storage in insulated cans kept in the dark at controlled temperature, ensures your oil is always fresh. Contedoro is also this: innovation meeting tradition.

IGP Campania Oil

Our extra virgin olive oil follows the IGP Campania standards and adheres to Apooat (association of olive growers and olive oil producers of the Campania region) which guarantees the safety and certified traceability of the entire supply chain, through certification according to ISO 220005:2007, all under the control of Agroqualità.

All our oil is cold-pressed to preserve the intact organoleptic properties of extra virgin olive oil. Just like it used to be done.
