GARLIC AND CHILI OIL

Spaghetti aglio e olio aromatizzato al peperoncino
Spaghetti aglio e olio al peperoncino, is one of the simplest dishes in Italian cuisine as well as the most beloved and popular. The spiciness of extra virgin olive oil flavored with chili pepper and the fragrance of garlic make this humble dish exquisite.
Ingredients

- 400g spaghetti No. 5
- Salt to taste.
- Parsley to taste.
- Chili pepper flavored extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
Proceedings
We plunge the spaghetti into plenty of salted water to taste. While they are cooking, let’s devote ourselves to the seasoning: we heat the chili-flavored oil in a nonstick pan and sauté the peeled garlic inside. After a few minutes, we remove the garlic and add a ladleful of spaghetti cooking water.
We drain the spaghetti and put it in the pan where we prepared the sauce. Let’s add some finely chopped parsley and toss everything for a few minutes. The spaghetti with garlic and chili pepper flavored oil is ready, serve them piping hot and maybe decorate with some chili pepper clippings.
