Millefiori honey is definitely the most popular and also the most loved thanks to its delicacy it is perfect to be enjoyed on its own or to enrich all your preparations.

There are two types of wildflower honey: the lighter-colored, almost transparent honey that is typical of hilly and flat areas that is characterized by a much more delicate flavor, and the more amber-colored, stronger-tasting honey that predominates instead in mountainous areas and whose color is vaguely reminiscent of the resin of tall pine trees typical of the Apennines and Alps.

Honey, and especially wildflower honey, is a true superfood due to its countless beneficial properties. Ours is then produced by artisanal methods without the addition of preservatives, dyes and sugars that could alter its organoleptic properties.
